Meet Dr. Megha Agarwal

Dr. Megha Agarwal is a board-certified cardiologist dedicated to helping patients achieve lifelong cardiovascular health through personalized, compassionate care. With more than a decade of experience, she is passionate about helping patients prevent heart disease, navigate complex cardiovascular conditions with confidence, and live longer, healthier lives. She believes exceptional care begins with listening, education, and meaningful partnerships, empowering each patient to take an active role in their health and achieve lasting wellness.

She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her Internal Medicine residency and Women’s Heart Disease Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center before completing her Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine, including specialized training in cardio-oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where she has cared for patients, mentored future cardiologists, and helped advance the field of cardio-oncology through research, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Agarwal is committed to advancing cardiovascular medicine through research, education, and community outreach. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters, has been an invited speaker throughout Southern California on heart disease prevention and cardio-oncology, and has appeared on KTLA and KCAL News as a cardiovascular expert.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Agarwal enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing tennis, traveling, watching sports, and embracing an active lifestyle—values that reinforce her belief that good health extends well beyond the walls of the clinic.
